What we collect
- Quote and contact forms: name, company, work email, phone, country, the ingredient, grade and quantity you ask about, your message, and the address and title of the page you sent the form from.
- Server logs: IP address, time of the request and browser information, recorded by our hosting provider to deliver and secure the site.
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.

Who receives it
- SoleChem's sales and technical staff who answer your request.
- Service providers acting on our behalf: our customer-relationship system, which receives the forms, and our website hosting provider.
- Public authorities, where the law requires it.
SoleChem is established in Türkiye, so data sent from the EU is transferred to Türkiye. Our hosting provider may process server logs outside the EU. We do not sell personal data or use it for automated decisions.
How long we keep it
We keep form data for as long as needed to answer the request and manage the resulting business relationship, and for any longer period the law requires. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format (GDPR Arts. 15 to 21; KVKK Art. 11). Write to info@solechem.com or to the address above. We answer free of charge, within 30 days at the latest. You may also complain to the data protection authority of your EU country of residence, or in Türkiye to the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK).
